R. Chase Donahoo is the managing attorney of RCD LEGAL, PC. Chase represents plaintiffs in employment and whistleblower cases in California. Chase has significant experience protecting employees in wrongful termination, retaliation, and whistleblower actions. He represents workers in misclassification and compensation disputes in both individual and class actions. Chase advocates for people facing wrongful termination and discrimination. He has litigated discrimination actions based on sex, pregnancy, age, race, and disability. Chase represents whistleblowers reporting fraud and corporate misconduct. He has litigated whistleblower-retaliation cases in the maritime, healthcare, and tech industries involving claims under FEHA, the Labor Code, and the Health and Safety Code. His experience spans the construction, solar, senior living, apparel and retail, and cannabis industries. Chase has also represented victims of sexual abuse in religious institutions, dependency neglect in community care facilities, victims of financial elder abuse and Ponzi schemes, and injured people in automobile accidents and bike accidents. Chase brings a unique perspective having practiced bankruptcy early in his career.
