Personal Introduction
I started out as a prosecutor for Anne Arundel County, Maryland where I mainly served as a misdemeanor prosecutor. I became the go-to DUI prosecutor but handled all types of cases. I brought my talents to the defense side where I learned from a seasoned DUI firm. After a few years working under him, I went out on my own and brought a criminal defense practice back to my family's firm at Hartman, Attorneys at Law where my father has been practicing for 40 years in Annapolis, Maryland. We practice all over the state and in federal court and are equipped to handle a wide variety of legal issues.
