I founded the East TN Estate Law Firm to help people through the sometimes uncomfortable process of planning ahead, protecting their loved ones, and preserving their legacies. Sadly, many people close to me have passed away with an outdated or ineffective estate plan in place or worse, no plan at all. It is difficult to watch people you care about struggling with the loss of a loved one and then having to deal with the additional difficulties of having to navigate the court system We want to help people plan for the future and have a proper plan in place so their loved ones won’t face that struggle.
