Personal Introduction

I'm primarily a plaintiff's lawyer. Representing businesses and individuals filing lawsuits and claims, including personal injury and civil rights. I often represent small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), lower middle-market (LMM) companies, trying to get paid $$$$ or get injunctions to stop or prevent losses. I handle personal injury, civil rights, breach of contract, trade secrets/non-competes, closely held business disputes, earnout/payouts, defamation, copyright and trademark maters, among others. I've also briefed and argued more than 100+ appeals to appellate courts across the country.

Practice Summary

My firm is mostly plaintiff's litigation focused, along with white collar. Representing business and individuals in actions to recover money, property, or for injunctions. Through offices in Chicago and Boston, we represent clients in the Midwest and New England areas. The firm is led by a cadre of former Big Law partners who have handled complex litigation and trials. The results we've achieved for clients have been featured in the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, New York Times, and Washington Post. I personally secured eight figure recovery for a business clients, with a $27,858,248 trial verdict. I've secured a $10,000,000 personal injury settlement, along with multiple verdicts and settlements between $6,000,000 and $1,000,000. When we take on a client, we bring all our efforts to bear on the fight and bring it to a successful conclusion. We tried the first civil case (a civil rights action) in the Northern District of Illinois when trials resumed during COVID.
