Personal Introduction

Having spent more than 30 years representing and serving the clients in multiple business sectors, my practice is constantly evolving to address my clients' changing needs. I provide services including general counsel, contract negotiation, corporate and regulatory compliance including HIPAA and HITECH, as well as litigation management. As clients have looked to expand outside of the United States I have worked to keep pace by partnering in countries where the client seeks to establish a presence. Comprehensive planning includes buy-sell agreements, family succession planning, foundational estate planning, as well as asset protection structures.
