He represents clients that range from local contractors to Fortune 500 companies. His trial experience includes second/third chair, motion practice and witness preparation. Mr. Scouton is a cum laude graduate of St. Cloud State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. Mr. Scouton received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He started his legal career as a plaintiff’s attorney at Meshbesher & Spence.
