David M. Deemer

Personal Introduction

David M. Deemer is the founding member and the Managing Attorney of The Deemer Law Group, PLLC. Mr. Deemer is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Prior to founding The Deemer Law Group, PLLC, he was a founding member and Managing Member of Abrams Deemer PLLC. Prior to forming Abrams Deemer PLLC, Mr. Deemer was Of Counsel to Russo & Burke in Manhattan and a Senior Associate at Mavrides, Moyal & Associates LLP. Mr. Deemer's practice focuses on real estate matters including, but not limited to, representation of residential and commercial purchasers and sellers, representation of lenders, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases, business law, estate planning, estate administration, and elder care law. Mr. Deemer earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2003 and his J.D. from New York Law School in 2009. He was admitted to practice in New York in 2011.
