Personal Introduction

I take the weird ones!!! My primary focus is on workers compensation cases with attached civil litigation issues. (uninsured employers, ADA Claims, wage disputes) I started practicing law at a firm that handled workers compensation and civil claims. During the economic collapse in 2007 I was hired by a large investment group to help with managing their residential portfolio and conducting due diligence on investment opportunities. I assisted the firm with various investment opportunities until my wife and I decided to move back to California. I worked as outside counsel for Zurich Insurance on construction workers compensation claims and related issues, claims management, reserves management, DIR audit reports, SIU fraud investigations and defenses of civil claims in the construction industry. This led to my proficiency in dealing with construction industry claims. I opened my own firm to focus on helping individuals in workers' compensation claims, construction accidents as well as helping small business owners with litigation and transactional issues. Prior to law school I worked in the restaurant industry and currently represent many restaurant owners in the Los Angeles area. I maintain offices throughout California and Phoenix AZ.
