David Rich

Personal Introduction

Dave Rich is the founder and managing attorney of Flatiron Legal Advisors, LLC. Mr. Rich has been practicing since 2008, in the areas of estate planning, divorce, real estate and probate law. As a business owner, Mr. Rich understands the need for lawyers to listen to their clients in order to truly understand their needs and goals, and to provide exception and prompt advice to clients in stressful situations. Mr. Rich is a certified mediator and is proud of being able to help parties overcome seemingly insurmountable differences to create mutually beneficial agreements, when possible, in order to avoid costly courtroom battles. He also knows how important it is to ensure that legal fees are reasonable and transparent, keeping his clients' return on investment regarding legal fees in mind at all times. Mr. Rich received a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law. He spends his free time with his family in the Colorado mountains, skiing, fly fishing, running and hiking.
