Dmitri Kachan

Personal Introduction

Dmitri is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign Law School. During law school Dmitri represented clients in Department of Children and Family Services proceedings helping parents maintain their parenting rights. Upon graduating Dmitri went on to work as a prosecutor in the Will County State’s Attorney’s Office where he rose from the ranks of law clerk to courtroom supervisor dealing with complex cases such as assaults, batteries, driving under the influence charges, criminal sexual abuse, and assisting on murder investigations and prosecutions. Dmitri has been involved in hundreds of thousands of cases, and actively participated in hundreds of hearings and trials during his tenure with the Will County State’s Attorney’s Office. Having left the State’s Attorney’s office, Dmitri focuses his practice on Contracts, Transportation Law, Compliance, Insurance Law, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Family Law, and Criminal Defense.
