Personal Introduction

Dustin L. Van Dyk has more than ten years’ experience in litigating and trying cases on behalf of individuals who have been harmed or damaged by others. He has experience in personal injury law and has successfully obtained favorable outcomes for hundreds of clients over his many years of practice. Dustin has extensive experience in automobile accident, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases. He has handled numerous cases in state and federal district courts, the Kansas Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Kansas, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Dustin L.
