Emma is a civil litigation attorney with substantial experience handling cases from inception to post-trial appeals in the areas of employment, business, real estate and intellectual property law. Her practice has involved cases throughout Southern California. She has handled matters in Federal and California Superior and Appellate Courts. She has litigated disputes in areas of employment, real estate, business and partnership, trademark and copyright (including fashion industry clients), probate and trust and unfair competition. Her experience has encompassed bench and jury trials, arbitrations and complex mediations. Over the years, Emma has leveraged her litigation experience to develop a focus in the area of employment disputes. She actively litigates in cases involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation based on age, race, gender, sexual orientation, wrongful termination, and hostile work environments. She has been a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) and the National Association of Women Lawyers. Emma graduated, cum laude, from Southwestern Law School in 2002.
