Personal Introduction

I am an "AV-Rated" attorney serving the entire State of Florida in both litigation and business transactions, using extensive multi-faceted experience since 1991 to the client's advantage. As a solo practitioner, I dedicate my full attention to all client matters which are carefully selected before agreeing to take on the matter. This allows me to be more efficient and effective for the particular client. The Client is essentially getting highly individualized, large-firm, high-end, partner-level service at a competitive reduced rate (usually hundreds less than those at large firms with same experience). No one other than myself works on the matter, so there is never a junior associate dealing with the Client. Communication is key for me. I always respond to emails personally and within minutes or hours at most, allowing me to virtually always be available to the Client to discuss and vet all concerns. I am bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, which I have found to be an advantage, especially in South Florida. I pride myself in taking on all types of opponents - large, experienced, or not - with the expectation that my client will be ultra satisfied in the end. No attorney can promise anything but to do his best. In my opinion, my best gets the job done.
