I have over 30 years of business competition and antitrust experience in investigations, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and litigation. Experience has included FTC and Justice Department investigations, divestitures, private equity, venture capital and non profit. I also represented the City of Annapolis in its lawsuit against the opioid industry and do significant local work with small to mid sized businesses. I counsel a prominent petroleum industry joint research forum, and represented a major internet company at the Secure Digital Music Initiative.
