In the family law space, I now work only as an advocate within Collaborative Divorce process, or as a neutral mediator, and as a draftsman for Michigan's "Summary" (agreed) divorce. I do continue to serve as an experienced advocate and litigator in all Michigan Probate Courts. Most parties have rights, claims, and options available to them in Probate matters, of which they are unaware. I have extensive experience with Michigan legal collections.
