Personal Introduction
Honest, hard work. That’s what my parents taught me. And that’s what it takes to stand up to the powerful and win. For the last decade, I have been practicing law, helping good people in Northeastern Pennsylvania fight back and get the justice that they deserve. In that time, I have helped hundreds of people and amassed excellent legal experience. But in many ways the experience I had before I became a lawyer is more important. Before and during college, I worked in factories, gas stations, retail stores, schools, and restaurants. I was the first in my family to go to college, and I worked my way through – working full-time and attending classes full-time. After college I worked in social services as a counselor and a guidance counselor. I helped to bring union representation to my workplace. I worked my way through law school as a musician and as a law clerk. I don’t come from a powerful family and I don’t belong to any country clubs. I am not “connected” to the powerful people, governments and corporations, and I am not afraid of them either. I know what it means to struggle. I know how to work hard and I know the value of hard work. I am passionate about my job – to empower people like you, help you understand your rights, and help you stand up and fight. Areas of law in which I practice: Employment Rights Law, Personal Injury Law, and Immigration Law Proud to serve all of Northeastern Pennsylvania including Luzerne County, Lackawanna County, Monroe County, Carbon County, Columbia County, Montour County, Schuylkill County , Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, Hazleton, Kingston, Larksville, Wyoming, Pittston, West Pittston, Dallas, Berwick, Nanticoke, Nescopeck, West Hazleton, Mountain Top, Drums, Hanover Township, Bloomsburg, Avoca, Plains, Sugarloaf, Conyngham, McAdoo, Moosic, and Dorrance.
