Practice Summary

Our firm was established to help entrepreneurs to start, grow, protect, manage, and sell their companies.  We assist with acquisitions -- including asset sales -- and dissolutions.  Our experience includes nonprofits, LLCs, corporations, and sole proprietorships. While we represent our clients with their hiring and employment law needs, we have also developed a portfolio of cases as plaintiff's counsel in cases of wrongful termination.  These include whistleblower cases and Title VII claims.  Our matters are both state and federal, and we work with EEOC, CHRO, OSHA, and NLRB, among other agencies.  We work with defendant's counsel independently or through mediation to achieve a favorable result, but we are prepared to litigate.   In every case, we value our clients.  We listen carefully, and we provide honest and respectful advice.
