Personal Introduction

I am a practical and results-oriented attorney with expertise in drafting, negotiating and advising on various business contracts and a focus on SaaS, technology licensing, managed (high volume) contract services, and corporate law. I serve as corporate, transactional and general (outside) counsel for start-ups and multinational companies alike. My services are particularly helpful for companies with a small and overworked legal team that is subject to budgetary or other headcount constraints. I have extensive in-house and law firm experience, but come without the big-law price tag.
