Practice Summary
In my family law practice, the key areas include divorce, child visitation, child and spousal support, marital property division, adoption, domestic violence, paternity and guardianship. These areas require specialized knowledge and sensitivity to the individual family dynamics. In my real estate practice, the key areas include buying/selling property, lease agreements, mortgages, and real estate litigation. We review title issues, perform due diligence, and ensure legalities surrounding the transaction are properly address, in both residential and commercial transactions. Our firm can also assist with formation of an entity, such as an LLC or Corporation, and can advise on which one would fit best with the client's situation. We have also assisted clients with applying for a 501(c)3 organization.

On my free time, I enjoy listening to music, reading, and horseback riding. My children and I are avid Paso Fino horse competitors. I also proudly represent Pan Air Flying Club, a non-for-profit flying club in South Florida.
