Personal Introduction

Gregory Fitzgerald was born and raised in Los Angeles County. He attended high school overseas and returned to the US in 1980 where he attended California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting (1984) and began his post-collegiate career as a tax auditor with the IRS. He obtained a California contractor’s license, worked as a contractor by day, and went to law school at night. He graduated first in his class at Southern California College of Law in 1990, passed the California bar exam and commenced practicing law in 1991. He opened his own consumer law practice in 1992 in Orange CA. handling PI, Criminal, and Bankruptcy matters. In 2006 he limited his practice to debt relief exclusively, with an emphasis on alternatives to bankruptcy. All consumer non litigation related debt settlement is done on a contingency fee basis. Commercial debt relief is offered on an hourly, flat, or hybrid basis.
