Personal Introduction

Mr. Johnson graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1995. After working for several years at a large firm in downtown Los Angeles, Mr. Johnson opened his practice in March of 2000 dedicated exclusively to meeting the needs of consumers. Mr. Johnson has tried cases in State and Federal Court and has been retained in matters throughout California. Though recognized for his trial expertise in Elder Abuse litigation, Mr. Johnson has also tried cases in the areas of Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Fraud, Breach of Contract, Products Liability, Unfair Business Practices, Automobile Accidents, Constructive Trust, Accounting, and Quiet Title. Mr. Johnson has been widely recognized for some of the largest jury verdicts and settlements in county history. He was honored as Trial Lawyer Of The Year by the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association for 2009, and chosen as a finalist for Street Fighter Of The Year by the Consumer Attorneys Of California in 2009 and awarded the William F. Taylor Memorial Award by the California Advocates For Nursing Home Reform in 2010.
