At the Center for Nonprofit Law, we work exclusively for nonprofit organizations, associations, and tax-exempt organizations. Our office’s mission is to provide excellent and highly specialized legal services and organizational support in order to help organizations accomplish their valuable role in our society at a cost that is affordable. Our services include Nonprofit Startup, Tax Exemption, Board Trainings, Contract Drafting & Review, Registered Agent Services, Fiscal Sponsorship Agreements, Articles and Bylaws Update, Name Change, Dissolution, ABN Registration & Cancellation, Audits, Notary Services. We have a number of packages for common nonprofit situations, so clients know up front what the total cost will be. Our most popular service is our new nonprofit packages where we help clients with every step in the start-up process including providing Board Trainings so the organization can start out on the best possible footing and those involved understand their legal duties.
