Experienced legal counsel first, executive leadership a close second Bill’s practice spans more than two decades in technology law: working as outside counsel at large international firms, starting his own successful boutique firm focused on start-ups and operating as in-house counsel. During this time he has represented clients from individual entrepreneurs and investors to high-growth companies to public companies. No surprise, he has advised on virtually every legal matter that a tech company encounters. Over the past dozen years Bill’s experience has grown well past the legal arena.
