I'm a transactional real estate lawyer with over a decade of experience both in big law and in-house at a real estate development company, and I have earlier experience at a real estate development company in a non-legal role. My practice primarily involves providing fractional general counsel services to small and mid-sized real estate investment/development companies, similar to what a full time general counsel would provide, just on a part-time basis. We generally bill on a flat-fee basis, either as a monthly subscription for fractional general counsel work, or deal-by-deal. We are licensed in CO, NJ, and NY, but represent clients on real estate transactions nationwide, utilizing local counsel as appropriate.
