Personal Introduction

I have a hands--on approach to every case and I like to establish a collaborative relationship with clients to achieve the result they need. While my practice is 100% litigation, I appreciate that clients are running a business and I'm realistic about the results that can be achieved through litigation and I'm open with clients about this. Every case should have a clear strategy and an understanding of the path forward. Practice Summary

My practice is entirely focused on litigation and trial of business and commercial cases in federal and state court and in arbitration. We do not draft contracts, practice transactional law or advise clients on starting, selling or buying a company. We are solely focused on resolving business and commercial disputes when the problems seem to be unsolvable. This includes: -Breach of Contract -Business Divorce -Business Fraud -Constitutional Business Claims -Federal Law Claims -LLC Disputes -Partnership Disputes -Shareholder Disputes -Real Estate Litigation -Tortious Interference -Unpaid Business Debts Our goal is to give our clients the dedicated time and attention they need to feel confident and comfortable throughout the legal process. We believe in giving straightforward and reasoned advice and are committed to seeing a case through to a settlement or trial. We usually accept cases on an hourly or flat fee basis but sometimes we take some hybrid contingency cases (reduced fee for contingency on settlement or judgment).
