Holly McFall

Personal Introduction

Holly A. McFall was born and grew up in Deerfield Beach, Florida. She attended the University of Florida for both her Undergraduate and Graduate studies, graduating in 2004 with both her Master of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Real Estate and her law degree from the UF Levin College of Law. Upon graduating and becoming a member of The Florida Bar, she accepted a position with a law firm in Fort Myers, practicing in the areas of Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Real Estate, and Corporate Law, and has remained in Southwest Florida ever since. She has expanded her practice into the Intellectual Property areas of Trademarks and Copyrights, which have now become the main focus of her practice. Mrs. McFall practices before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and well as the Library of Congress in copyright matters. She is licensed to practice in all state courts in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is also a member of the Lee County Bar Association and the Southwest Florida Bankruptcy Professionals Association.
