Personal Introduction

I believe jurors and judges can see that I am one of the attorneys who genuinely care about my clients. My personality and energy has helped me come across well to them at mediations and trial. They know I am not there to ask for something my clients don’t deserve. Fortunately, the latter has benefited the people I represent. Their story has been heard, and I have been able to give them back what they lost in the form of justice. I began my career as a lawyer helping victims of domestic violence. Then, I worked for one of the top 5 major multinational firms in Santiago, Chile, advising local and international individuals and companies. I believe that my experience working as an attorney in Latin America gave me a multicultural and diverse background that I can use to my clients’ advantage in the United States courtrooms. I am a UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA LOS ANGELES SCHOOL OF LAW alumni and keep close ties with their community. For the past years, I have mentored international students by providing them with guidance on how to approach their Bar exam and have helped them find and do well in their jobs once they are ready to take on that experience. While at UCLA Law, I was honored to receive the Dean’s fellowship tuition award, which is given to less than 10% of students in each generation. Each of my past clients can attest to my relentless search for justice and endless passion for what I do. I feel privileged doing what I love and, at the same time, being able to help people who need it most. I also believe that the law profession is honorable, and I am here to change people’s perspectives about lawyers. I carry my name and profession with great responsibility, and that fuels me to give my clients the best service they can receive.
