I'm a New York based lawyer primarily practicing nonprofit, business and international law. I strive to deliver creative, resourceful and bespoke solutions for my clients in fast-paced and ever-changing environments, and to ensure that the legal and non-legal interests of my clients are well protected. I work with nonprofits, civil society, NGOs, visionaries, social enterprises, social justice advocates, entrepreneurs, businesses, governments, international (intergovernmental) organizations, international civil servants, diplomats, and other individuals and organizations, to help ensure their interests here in the United States and New York are well protected, their goals are built upon solid foundations, and their legal and other concerns are well addressed and taken care of.
