Since 1970, our firm has represented injured people in Houston, the Gulf Coast and throughout Texas. We are the designated counsel for USW 13-1 union with over 5,000 union members working in refineries and plants in the greater Houston area. We have handled significant roles as liaison and/or trial counsel in the Texas City BP refinery explosion, BP benzene exposure MDL and Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
