Los Angeles born and raised, practicing in CA and NJ (mainly out of NJ just outside of Philadelphia). Why move to NJ from CA...you marry a Jersey girl and she wants to go back home! In all fairness, practicing on each side of the country gives me great perspective on differing ideas, opinions, strategies and people. I have worked in areas ranging from entertainment, media, startup tech, exotic vehicle insurance litigation, cannabis litigation, estate planning, and serve as general counsel for a variety of for-profit and non-profit companies. Have experience in the sale and purchase of various businesses including medical practices and start-up entities representing both buyer and seller in complex transactions. I have two children who occupy my time when I am not practicing. Love to hit the links whenever I can....which is hard to do (see Kids). I volunteer with the ABA as a moot court judge for the Philadelphia ABA moot court law school competition each year in Philadelphia just steps from where the Declaration of Independence was signed...which is always an amazing feeling.
