Personal Introduction
Before establishing the firm, Jason worked as an attorney with Beckley Singleton, one of Nevada’s oldest and most prestigious law firms. During this time, he met Joseph Gutierrez as a part of a three-attorney litigation team that consistently took cases to trial and won. Based on a track record of success at Beckley Singleton, the trial team was recruited by the international law firm Greenberg Traurig to establish a litigation practice in the firm’s Las Vegas office. While at Greenberg Traurig, Jason successfully represented clients throughout all phases of civil litigation, including numerous arbitrations and trials.
