Practice Summary

My practice is devoted entirely to litigation, with a focus on complex civil matters—including real estate and construction disputes, trust and estate litigation, and business conflicts. I represent clients on both sides of the California–Nevada line, with deep familiarity in Tahoe-specific property issues, commercial conflicts, and ski resort defense. Drawing from a background as a former prosecutor, I bring trial-tested judgment to every stage of litigation, from strategic pre-suit positioning through verdict.
