Practice Summary
Jenna Selsky Greenwald, Esq. is an estate planning and probate attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most important decisions with confidence and peace of mind. Through thoughtful planning and personalized legal guidance, she assists clients in protecting their assets, preserving their wishes, and preparing for the future. Originally from Long Island, New York, Jenna relocated to Florida to attend the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in English in 2007. She later attended the University of Michigan Law School, earning her Juris Doctor and beginning a legal career built on advocacy, problem-solving, and client service. Jenna began practicing law as an Assistant Public Defender, where she developed strong litigation skills and a commitment to protecting the interests of those she represented. She later transitioned into civil litigation and spent more than eight years working in-house for one of the nation’s largest insurance companies. During that time, she gained valuable experience evaluating complex legal matters, managing risk, and resolving disputes efficiently and effectively. Seeking a more personal and meaningful connection with the individuals she serves, Jenna ultimately focused her practice on estate planning and probate law. Today, she works closely with clients to create wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents, while also guiding families through the probate process with compassion, understanding, and practical legal advice.
