John Hilary Barkley

Personal Introduction

John Hilary Barkley founded Barkley Law Group in 2011. He graduated from Baylor University School of Law. In addition to being a zealous advocate for our clients in litigation, John possesses a wealth of experience in business transactional matters, tax, and forensic accounting. In litigation, John believes in a tailored approach to each case, maximizing the use of technology and every resource available to obtain justice for our clients. In transactional matters, John believes that an attorney needs to understand our clients' business inside and out, including the strengths and challenges the client faces in non-legal areas of operations, finance, human resources, and more. In tax matters, John has helped businesses effectively plan and structure operations in the most tax-efficient manner and has helped save our clients millions of dollars. Prior to his legal career, John served as an active duty United States Army Captain in Patriot Ballistic Missile Defense units.
