While with 10th Mountain, Johnathan was deployed to serve in Operation Enduring Freedom VII (OEF VII) in Afghanistan. Prior to beginning his law firm, Johnathan worked as a Program Representative with the RRB for 13 years, a federal government agency that manages various benefit programs for employees in the railroad industry. During his time with the RRB, Johnathan served employees in the railroad industry by handling their disability, retirement, unemployment, sickness, and Medicare claims. Johnathan was also tasked with managing a public relations program for the RRB and served as a liaison between the RRB and labor unions in the railroad industry. He graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science degree in business. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Birmingham School of Law.
