Personal Introduction

Jonathan is the managing member and President of Northwest Law, as well as President of the Northwest Title Family of Companies. He is a lawyer, title insurance agent, Ohio Land Title Professional, American Land Title Professional, and a Past-President of the Ohio Land Title Association (2021-2022). He often speaks on a variety of topics related to real estate transactions, teaching real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, attorneys, investors, and title insurance agents. He is proud to be 1 of only 16 people in Ohio to earn and receive the Ohio Land Title Professional (OLTP), and 1 of only 2 people to have earned both the OLTP designation and the American Land Title Association’s National Title Professional (NTP) Designation. These designations are earned through giving years of commitment to the land title industry via volunteer service, engagement with association leadership, and providing education to the industry. In 2022, he received ALTA’s Leadership Award for his efforts in leading the creation of the Ohio Land Title Association (OLTA) Academy to promote new standards of practice in the industry. He served as the Chair of the OLTA Academy Committee from 2018-2022. His practice has involved representing buyers, sellers, investors, realtors, and lenders in real estate transactions, which evolved into providing legal counsel for professional real estate brokerage/agent associations as well as real estate brokerage business owners.
