Personal Introduction

With a background in both law and business, whether in the context of litigation or business transactions, Jonathan D. Singer understands the importance of directing negotiations and communicating complex legal arguments with clarity and knowledge. Jonathan represents individuals and entities in a wide variety of complex business transactions, business and personal litigation matters, and criminal defense, all across the State of New Jersey. Prior to forming Singer Law LLC, Jonathan’s previous law experience includes co-founding the Singer Riviere Law Group LLC where he gained valuable experience in the practice areas of commercial disputes and transactions, personal injury, family law, criminal defense and bankruptcy law, amongst others. When Jonathan was an undergraduate student at the Ivy League institution of Cornell University, he had decided he wanted to become an attorney, specializing in business law. However, as we all know, life happens and instead of going to law school, Jonathan entered the business world in the finance industry. But, after living in New York City during 9/11, Jonathan realized that it was time to do what he had always wanted to do and went back to law school to become a lawyer. Jonathan has recently been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a distinguished honor not awarded to many attorneys!
