I’m a seasoned legal and tech professional with a unique blend of experience. Armed with a Bachelor's in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutger’s University and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University, I’ve built a career at the intersection of innovation and law. Currently pursuing an MBA, I’m constantly seeking new ways to bridge the gap between engineering and business. My hands-on approach is rooted in practical experience. I’ve constructed a self-sufficient camper, complete with solar power and off-grid living systems, and engineered an autonomous boat capable of cleaning waterways. These projects, along with my work as a co-founder of various startups and a decentralized autonomous organization, have honed my problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial spirit. From drafting hundreds of patents for tech giants like Audi and Huawei to guiding countless startups through their early stages, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the legal landscape. My technical background allows me to dissect complex code and provide tailored legal counsel on everything from intellectual property to privacy regulations.
