Brandon McKenzie has a robust commercial litigation and corporate counsel practice. He has been featured in numerous publications, including the New Yorker, Bloomberg, and the New York Law Journal. Because he has been lead defense counsel on more multimillion dollar Airbnb/short-term rental-related cases against the City of New York and has successfully lobbied against implementation of new short-term rental regulations, he has earned a reputation in the press for being the "Airbnb lawyer." Mr. McKenzie's commercial litigation practice centers largely on business disputes at the startup and enterprise levels across a broad array of industries, including real estate, fintech, proptech, agtech, non-profit, and arts and media. His corporate and product counsel practices cater predominantly to pre-seed through Series A technology startups.
