Personal Introduction

My practice focuses on helping small and mid-sized business navigate government investigations, regulatory compliance, and litigation. For over 15 years, I served in the California Attorney General's Office. I led investigations under the False Claims Act and had a direct role in litigating some of the Office's most complex enforcement matters. I also defended state agencies through all phases of litigation, including trials and appeals.
