Karen M S Williams

Personal Introduction

Karen Williams primarily practices immigration and nationality law. She has extensive experience with both family-based and employment-based immigration law, as well as deportation defense. She has assisted numerous individuals in securing green cards and citizenship to the United States. Ms. Williams has also litigated a large number of cases in immigration court, where she has successfully advocated for relief from deportation. Additionally, she has advised businesses and organizations in acquiring nonimmigrant visas and permanent residence for foreign nationals. Ms. Williams obtained her Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Minnesota. Prior to law school, Ms. Williams received a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business and Marketing from the University of Manitoba in Canada.
