Katy Sweeden (formerly Dacanay) is a Senior Associate Attorney at Dimension Law, specializing in Real Estate – Land Use and Development. With over 15 years of experience, Katy is recognized as one of the most seasoned attorneys in the greater Puget Sound area for single-family and accessory dwelling unit condominiums. Since the enactment of the Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act in 2018, Katy has successfully completed approximately 1,000 condominium projects, making her a go-to consultant for complex condominium issues. Katy holds both a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Katy’s approach to client service is comprehensive and client-centered.
