Personal Introduction

In my practice, we genuinely believe in excellence, execution, and compassion. Sharp and professional, yet down to earth, I am that compassionate ear for clients seeking justice and vindication of their rights. My dad was a police officer, killed in the line of duty when I was 19 years old. A baseball field in Cincinnati is dedicated to him. Shortly before his untimely and honorable passing, he gave me some legal books. A nudge in the right direction! He's a reminder of why I do this. I specialize in trial work. I am highly sought after nationally for my special expertise in federal employment litigation, including wrongful termination, suspension, demotion, retaliation, and discrimination. Prior to becoming an accomplished attorney, I graduated in the top 2 of my law school class, with numerous awards. I did all of this while working full time as a paralegal, 40-50 hours per week. I launched Crayon Law Firm in 2013. As a 21st century attorney, my modern firm executes for clients in ways that other lawyers cannot. I put together teams of investigators, law clerks, paralegals, and other attorneys to execute for clients efficiently. I believe strongly in fair fees and providing clients with access to quality representation. I believe in rights, compassion, justice.
