Personal Introduction
After graduating from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and minors in criminology and sociology, Lauren made the decision to go to law school. She attended Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. While in law school, her primary focus was on family law, having interned and externed with matrimonial judges, a matrimonial law firm, the ADAS office, an employment law firm and more. Additionally, she gained clinical experience in immigration law and 17a guardianship. After graduating, Lauren became an attorney for Administration for Children’s Services where she stayed for four years, moving up in the ranks becoming a supervisor. This was until she branched out and started her own firm specializing in family law such as child custody and visitation, paternity, family offenses, and child abuse and neglect. Now she is also a Matrimonial mediator.
