Leticia Zecca Ross is an attorney licensed in California and in Brazil. Graduated from PUC-RJ, Leticia also holds a postgraduate degree from UERJ, and a Master of Laws from Georgetown Law University (Washington, DC). Passionate about the law and access to justice, Leticia is a servant leader who puts people first. She has built her career through hard work and study. Leticia is fluent in Portuguese, English, and knowledgeable in Italian and Spanish. ‍ As a lawyer and former public defender, Leticia understands the importance of access to justice and the role it plays in ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to have their rights protected and their voices heard. ‍ She says she has been lucky to have had many opportunities to work on complex cases throughout her career and has been able to deliver results even in the most challenging circumstances. ‍ Leticia believes that the key to success in any negotiation is the ability to understand the other party's position and find common ground.
