Luis is a graduate of San Francisco State University with degrees in political science and criminal justice. Before being a Referral Specialist at Overture, Luis was in the staffing industry helping business owners and managers fulfill their staffing needs via a nationwide firm.
What is Overture?
Overture is an attorney-to-attorney referral network. Vetted attorneys refer matters they can’t take on to trusted colleagues and earn fee splits when they do, expanding what every attorney can offer their clients.
