I am a civil and commercial litigation attorney representing clients throughout the state of Florida. Most of my cases arise out of business and real estate disputes. I also handle construction defect cases and landlord tenant matters representing primarily landlords. I accept and litigate probate cases. Many of my litigation clients have kept me on to represent them with their important business transactions, so in addition to litigation, I also draft, review, negotiate, and enforce business agreements, contracts, addendums, leases, etc.
