Personal Introduction

The Lenahan Law Firm's HQ is in Dallas. But much of our docket is in courts all over Texas. And we've secured 7-figure results for Colorado, Oklahoma, Florida, and Kentucky cases. A hefty chunk of our cases are 18-wheeler accidents. We've found that the county where the injury occurred is seldom the best one for the lawsuit. Wherever that is, we go there. Our super power is finding miracles. We do that by focusing on a very small docket (less than 10 cases per lawyer); limiting our clients to those where our obsessive ways can be justified (wrongful deaths, injuries requiring emergency surgery, and 18-wheeler cases); and treating our clients like family. As for my professional life, I'm licensed in Texas, New York (where my son goes to college), North Dakota (18-wheelers and oil rigs), and D.D.C. (terrorism cases). I moonlight as the Chair of the Mass Violence Survivors Fund. I’m also the Chair of the World Law Alliance’s Injury and Terrorism Group. At home, I'm a widower and a father of two.
