With almost 6 years of litigation and trial experience, I am a passionate and dedicated lead attorney, where I represent plaintiffs in various types of personal injury and civil litigation matters. My mission is to provide first-class legal services to my clients, and to uphold justice, integrity, and professionalism in the field of law. I have a strong expertise in litigating and settling high-damage wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. I also bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a deep background in medical malpractice, criminal, immigration, consumer, and constitutional law. In my current role, I litigate and settle cases on behalf of plaintiffs, and I am the first chair when litigating jury trials to verdict. I have successfully handled numerous wrongful death cases involving trucking/commercial MVAs, drownings, fires, burns, electrocutions, dram shops, shootings, assaults, premises/strict liabilities, and security cases. I use my understanding of the law in nuanced and novel ways to effectively communicate, present, and negotiate on behalf of my clients against well-skilled attorneys in front of judges and juries. I also collaborate and partner with other attorneys and attain the best experts to ensure the best possible outcome for clients.
