Personal Introduction

Mark A. Winchester is an Attorney and Counselor at Law licensed in the State of Missouri. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree cum laude from Southeast Missouri State University and graduated magna cum laude from the Saint Louis University School of Law. Mark is admitted to the U.S. District Court - Eastern District of Missouri. Mark is also a certified civil mediator in the State of Missouri. Before beginning law school, Mark enjoyed a career in the criminal justice system spanning more than 20 years, including extensive experience as a law enforcement officer. During his career in law enforcement, Mark received extensive education in criminal investigations, including instructor-level certifications in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) and Drug Recognition Expert (DRE). Mark conducted thousands of investigations ranging in severity from traffic offenses to homicide. More recently, Mark has gained considerable experience in the area of estate planning, including drafting of trusts, wills, financial and medical power of attorney, and deeds for real estate. Mark and his family are proud members of the Cape Girardeau County, Missouri community.
